Return Eligibility

If you believe your merchandise is damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 working days of receiving your order.

Once the item is verified, we will issue a full credit note that can be used for future purchases.

Please note:

• Variations in colour, fabric texture, or handwork are not considered defects, as each piece is individually handcrafted.

Exchange Policy

Items are eligible for exchange only under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• All labels, tags, receipts, and original packaging must remain intact.

Additional terms:

• Returns are accepted only in exchange for a credit note.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

• Merchandise remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us safely. We recommend using an insured shipping service.

• Credit notes will be issued to the billing address provided and can be redeemed on future purchases.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product is not returned in its original condition.
